Crown Mountain Farms Majacraft Trundler Problem

I received the Majacraft Tundler I ordered for Majacraft Suzie Pro wheel.
The trundler does not fit.
Anyone with a Suzie Pro please be aware of this!!

The Suzie Pro wheel has rubberized feet screwed into the base which prevents the trundler from sliding on.
It is ridiculout to remove the feet to place the trundler on and then replace them when removing the trundler.

Isn't the only difference between a Suzi Pro and Suzie, the weighted wheel.
Apparently they also have different feet that allow the trundler to fit on one and not the other.

Anyone know what can I do to make this fit?
I emailed Klaus at Crown Mountain Farms the day I received the Trundler and he was going to check with Glynnis at Majacraft. I left phone messages at Crown Mountain Farm and email messages at Majacraft but have not as yet recieved any further customer service.
